KEEP YOUR PRIDE WHILE YOU RISE, FIRM AND TALL

REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE NO MISTAKES

ONLY LESSONS TO BE MADE SO HAVE FAITH

LOVE YOURSELF AND HAVE COMPASSION

WITH EVERYTHING THAT MIGHT FEEL, LIKE FAILURE OR REJECTION

TURN IT AROUND,, GIVE YOURSELF PERSPECTIVE

IF THINGS DON’ T GO YOUR WAY

WORK ON IT TO BE OK

ACCEPTANCE MAKES YOU LEARN FROM YOUR LESSONS

WHILE TIME WILL TURN THEM INTO BLESSINGS

THEY WILL HELP YOU GROW MAKE YOU STRONG

DON’T GIVE UP ON YOU, BE PATIENT, HOLD ON

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP, BE LONG AS YOU ARE

TRUTH

We think we know who we are
Or what we want to be
but a lot of times truth
Gets in our way...

Sometimes we lie to ourselves
When things get hard,
about little and big things
To live up to a certain image
Sometimes we lie
to get what we want

We lie to ourselves,
Hiding Insecurities, imperfections
feelings we don’t want to feel
things we don’t want to see
parts of ourselves
that we deny or disapprove of
Sometimes we lie to please others

We lie to ourselves
Because we want to
feel safe, comfortable
Afraid of being judged,
or doing it wrong
Afraid of hurting,
ourselves or others
afraid to discover,
whats really going on
Afraid of being alone,
holding on to control
afraid of change, of the unknown..

Truth comes with consequences
Painful or joyful
even if it hurts
truth will always
make us stronger!

Facing the truth is not easy
but really damn important
It does not serve or help anybody
to judge or deny
any part of ourselves
repressing is not good for our health

It takes bravery and courage
to honour yourself,
to speak your truth
when others are pressuring
or expecting you not to

Nothing ever is exactly as it seems
We all have or did things
That we are not proud of
Or wish we would have done differently
These experiences brought us
To where we needed to be
And made us into
the person that we are today

Don’t let your shame
pride or shyness
Get in the way
of what it is you truly want
And all that you can be

Lay your truth on the table
look it straight in the eye
And pick a seat not a side
we are human family

Truth might be
bigger then love
Because It reveals
who we truly are
where we need to go
And what is meant to be

Truth brings us peace
It sets us free
To be who we want to be
Being true to yourself,
keeping it real
Is bold and inspiring!

What it means to me
to be a woman
Is embracing exploring,
Accepting and welcoming
All sides of me,

I am a wild woman,
Powerful free
Wild and sexy

I am a lover,
Supporting myself and others
to be their best selves
Caring and loving as a mother

I am a queen
Shining light, honoring
The beauty in everything
Blossoming as a flower
Glorious, not afraid to be seen

I am a warrior
Standing in my truth
Expressing without reservation
Speaking up when I need to
Alone but never alone
Knowing that I belong
Loving myself trough uncertainty
Resilient, thriving, believing

I am a priesteress
Mysterious, sensitive,
Following my intuition
Without competition
Respecting all living beings
Living with purpose
Believing we are all
Here for a reason
Embracing (my) uniqueness
Enjoying my gifts and talents

I am a little girl
That loves it when you love me
Sometimes scared, insecure
Or afraid to do it “wrong”
Impulsive, creative, imaginative
Playful and carefree
In the moment
A pure loving child

I am a natural woman
Living from the heart
No masks no walls
I am nothing and all
Continuously evolving,

rising
Changing,, learning, growing
Knowing that I don’t know
Flowing with the waves & tides
Surrendering to the will
Of the Devine
